AVOID!
AVOID!! their delivery services are horrific and the customer service is shocking. The last person I spoke to was huffing down the phone yet they are the ones who claim to have delivered a parcel that is literally no where to be seen!! 2 weeks before Christmas and they won’t refund me without investigating which takes 10 working days.. disgusting.
Poor delivery services
I ordered many times from columbia i love this brand but everytime I was order there's a problem with delivey.Very poor delivery services,lost parcel one time and delayed packages many times, no delivery on time and the company of delivery send email they attempted to deliver but they wasn't attempt, I am at home whole day and no one knock on my door. And now I should to go to the centre of company to recieve

Confusing Sizing all Around
Have worn Columbia trousers of one kind or another for decades now and have found them difficult to match elsewhere. However, the sizing between their actual products and what you're able to order on their UK website is VERY confusing. Their own online size guide doesn't correspond to their North American sizing so is of no help, and even staff in their own stores don't understand it. After taking the time to check with their online customer service, with clear photographs of exactly what I wanted, I was STILL given completely the wrong information. Now after all that, having been sent the wrong size, there's no guarantee they'll refund my initial postage charges, even though it was their mistake. Twice now I've been asked by them to review their service, but as soon as I rate it negatively, I'm told the link no longer works... call me cynical!?!

Awful customer service..
Purchased 2 fleece jackets which were unsuitable so had to return.
They emailed a label which I was unable to print due to having no access to a printer.
So I returned the items via the royal mail to the return address provided.
Website states you should receive your refund within 15 working day. After this time passed and no sign of a refund I contacted the company by phone.
I was effectively told in broken English that if I'd returned via any method other than with the DHL return label they wouldn't be able to tell if they'd received the items back or not.
And that effectively that was the end of my claim for a refund.
I have now had to take up a claim with the royal mail but can only claim half the amount I was entitled to receive in a refund!
The whole tone of the conversation was disinterest and as if this was a regular occurrence of items being returned for a refund and going missing!

Fast, no hassle
Ordered a jacket on Monday and it came by Thursday. I don't understand the bad the reviews, everything was good for me.

Reluctantly made another purchase from columbia for a coat as a gift with bad weather coming.
Had the conformation text to say delivery was due, clicked tracking from the equally disgraceful UPS that these insist on using.
No delivery, no contact ,no hope of contact from UPS and eventually co text the last from columbia UK...in France! Nice lady and only doing her job....but UPS have "lost" my parcel and they are doing a full investigation which will take upto 10 day....but they do offer an sincere apology.
So you have to fork out AGAIN ,one you can't because miraculously. The item is no longer in stock!!...was it ever? ..but an apology keeps you warm,saves the time and trouble, the half day off and keeps the gift timing in place obviously!!.
Save your time money and effort and avoid like the plague.
This is the second time this exact thing has happened to me with columbia...
So the apologies don't work that much or Improve the none existent service
Beware Columbia Sportswear!
I ordered boots from Columbia sportwear Ireland.My billing account is in another country. The sale went through but I did not get an email notification, so I called their contact no.
The person (in France) told me that the billing and delivery address must be in the same country or they do not ship. Their website DOES NOT SAY THIS.
My account is showing the pending charge but apparently no boots will be sent.
I am disgusted.
